About the role As our Domiciliary Care Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the delivery and continued growth of our home care service. You will oversee the full coordination of care for individuals who require support with daily living but wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care managing care plans, supervising and developing your team, and maintaining the standards that define the Kingsley name.
