We are currently seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in the Sevenoaks area to support clients in their own homes. Role OverviewAs a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will be required to travel between service users within the local area, delivering person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toiletingSupport with mobility, including use of mobility aids where appropriateAdminister or prompt medication in line with care plansPrepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are metProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with domestic tasks including cleaning and laundryAccurately record care notes and report any concerns to managementFollow safeguarding procedures and uphold dignity and respect at all times RequirementsPrevious experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting (minimum 6 months preferred)Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not ..... full job details .....
