Key Responsibilities Overall management of the domiciliary care service Leadership, development and support of the office and care teams Maintaining excellent CQC compliance and quality standards Building relationships with commissioners, clients and families Driving branch growth whilst maintaining outstanding care delivery Ensuring effective rota management and operational performance About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Proven leadership and people management skills Commercial awareness with a focus on service growth Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care What''s on Offer?
