The Role As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who thrives in a quality-led environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance Managing, developing, and supporting office and care teams Ensuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governance Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner Managing private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationships Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability Participating in the branch on-call rota Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection ..... full job details .....
