The role:The Barnet Domestic Abuse Safety Hub (BDASH) forms part of the borough''s coordinated response to domestic abuse, providing advocacy, safety planning and support to survivors of domestic abuse across Barnet. The service delivers high-quality, trauma-informed interventions, working in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies to improve safety, reduce risk, and promote recovery. As Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of BDASH and to lead a team of specialist staff, including Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs) and other practitioner roles.
