Hours: Monday- Friday, 06:00-13:30
Plus, Saturdays on a rota basis (07:00-10:00. Approx. 1 in 3 Saturdays)

General purpose and requirements
- Laundry Management- Ensure all laundry paperwork is completed by domestics and returned laundry and dry cleaning is checked for shortages.
- Collect Laundry invoices weekly and return to the Domestic Services Manager.
- Maintaining Cleaning Standards- Check daily the standard of cleanliness in all areas in boarding-houses and classrooms, also completing two details checks per week.
- To manage any cleaning problems, laundry discrepancies and people management issues, escalating where necessary.
- Boarding Houses- Liaise with Matrons daily about any boarding house related problems including any maintenance jobs.
- Check the quality of bedding replacements, i.e. duvets, mattresses etc. whilst also checking the cleanliness and quality of shower curtains, bathmats etc.
- Health andamp; Safety- To check the correct usage of cleaning chemicals and ensure staff are wearing the correct PPE.
- Ensure Domestics are following C.O.S.H.H andamp; Health and Safety Procedures.
- To check the stock levels of cleaning material and to manage the stores (stock control/ purchasing)
