In-House Gas Engineer / PlumberLocation: London and M25Salary: Circa £50,000 + benefitsHours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmEmployment Type: Permanent, PAYEWe are recruiting an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumber to join a growing in-house maintenance team supporting a large residential property portfolio across London.The role involves delivering day-to-day plumbing and gas maintenance, including reactive works, planned repairs and emergency call-outs within occupied residential properties.Key Responsibilities:Domestic plumbing repairs and installations (toilets, taps, pipework, bathrooms)Boiler breakdowns, servicing and boiler installationsEmergency maintenance (leaks, bursts, heating failures)Completion of gas, warranty, benchmark and building regulation paperworkSupporting small refurbishments (bathrooms/kitchens)General maintenance and occasional basic multi-trade tasks when requiredMaintaining a professional and respectful approach in tenants'' homesEssential Requirements:Gas Safe RegisteredCCN1 qualification (and relevant domestic appliance categories)Proven experience installing and replacing domestic boilersAll gas qualifications fully in dateStrong domestic plumbing experienceDBS check requiredFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel across LondonFlexible, reliable and proactive "can-do" attitudeWhat''s on Offer:Stable, long-term employed position (not subcontract)Company van providedMaterials purchased via company accounts (expenses reimbursed if ..... full job details .....
