This role involves planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault-finding and compliance work across commercial heating systems, primarily within social housing and local authority properties. We are looking for someone who can work independently, maintain high technical standards, and communicate professionally with residents, clients and contract teams. Key Responsibilities - Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems - Diagnose faults and complete repairs, including basic electrical fault-finding - Complete statutory compliance work and issue gas safety documentation - Power flush heating systems and replace defective pumps, valves, radiators and associated components - Maintain accurate job records and support quotations from site surveys - Liaise with residents, clients and local authority representatives - Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota Essential Requirements - Domestic ACS Gas qualification  - Experience working on commercial heating systems - Strong understanding of compliance and gas safety requirements - Ability to pas...
