FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities management company that specialises in delivering maintenance services across social housing contracts throughout the Central Belt.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Domestic Gas Engineer looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. The Role

You''ll be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive works across occupied social housing properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.

Duties will include:

• Fault finding and repair of domestic gas heating systems.
• Boiler servicing and maintenance.
• Domestic boiler installations and replacements.
• Diagnosing and resolving heating and hot water faults.
• Completing associated paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
• Working safely and in line with current Gas Safe regulations.

What We''re Looking For

• ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 or equivalent).
• Experience carrying out fault finding and repairs.
• Experience installing domestic boilers.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your career.
