Complete minor repair work identified during servicing or safety inspections where appropriate. Ensure work areas are properly prepared and protected before commencing any task. Produce and issue all required gas safety documentation, reporting any additional repairs or remedial work that may be necessary. Install replacement boilers and carry out appliance or component upgrades as required. Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy working environment, ensuring each property is left in good condition upon completion of work.
