Domestic Gas Engineer

Domestic Gas Engineer We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer / Boiler Engineer to join an established business covering Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. The role is predominantly focused on the planned servicing of domestic gas boilers. While the day-to-day workload will primarily consist of servicing, previous boiler breakdown and fault-finding experience is essential, as you will participate in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota. This would suit an experienced Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer / Boiler Engineer looking for a permanent, predominantly service-based position with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and the opportunity to earn additional income through call-outs and overtime. The Role Your responsibilities will include:Predominantly carrying out planned servicing of domestic gas boilersCarrying out boiler safety checks as requiredIdentifying faults and any remedial work requiredAttending reactive boiler breakdowns as part of the call-out rotaDiagnosing boiler faults and carrying out repairsEnsuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with current gas regulationsCompleting all relevant job sheets and compliance documentationProviding a professional and customer-focused serviceManaging your workload effectively across Norwich and the surrounding areasParticipating in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota, with additional paymentWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Domestic Gas EngineerStrong domestic boiler ..... full job details .....
