Responsibilities: Covering Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) visits to ensure gas compliance requirements are being met. Carrying out CP12 gas safety inspections within domestic properties. Inspecting, testing, and certifying domestic gas appliances, flues, and pipework in accordance with current legislation. Identifying and reporting unsafe appliances, installations, or defects, and taking appropriate action where required. Completing all gas safety certificates, compliance documentation, and electronic job records accurately and on time. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with Gas Safe regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company procedures.
