Job Role: Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems. Diagnosing and rectifying breakdowns in social housing properties. Completing repairs efficiently and in line with Gas Safe regulations. Managing parts ordering and job progression to ensure timely completion. Using PDA technology to update jobs, record work completed, and book parts. Liaising with tenants and clients, providing updates and delivering excellent customer service. Participating in the company call-out rota. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Requirements: Current Gas Safe registration.
