What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties. Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided). Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments. Completing independent energy audits. Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software. Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements. Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. Meeting daily productivity and quality targets. Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows. What We''re Looking For Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Previous experience producing Residential EPCs. Full UK Driving Licence. Access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong IT skills. Well ..... full job details .....
