Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Location: Ipswich Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £40,000 per year + Fuel Costs Covered Job description We are currently recruiting for a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to join our team covering the Ipswich area. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and fuel costs covered. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out domestic energy assessments and producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential properties while ensuring compliance with current regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out Domestic Energy Assessments on residential properties Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Collect property data and input into approved assessment software Ensure all work meets industry standards and accreditation requirements Manage appointments and travel within the Ipswich area Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners Requirements Qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Experience producing EPCs preferred Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently What we offer £40,000 salary Fuel costs covered Permanent, full-time role Consistent workload Supportive working environment Schedule Monday to Friday Licence/Certification DEA Accreditation (required) UK Driving Licence (required) If you are a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor looking for a ..... full job details .....
