What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Conducting electrical inspections and testing Completing electrical remedial works across social housing properties Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and relevant NICEIC standards Delivering excellent customer service and liaising professionally with clients and residents What We''re Looking For 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent Proven testing, inspection and remedial experience Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK manual driving licence, with no more than six points ..... full job details .....
