Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established maintenance contractor specialising in affordable housing repairs and maintenance services.We''re looking to speak to experienced Domestic Electricians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.Role Responsibilities Carrying out reactive electrical repairs and general property maintenanceFault finding and completing minor electrical repairs within occupied homesReplacing sockets, switches, light fittings and other electrical componentsDelivering first-time fixes across a range of maintenance tasksSupporting with basic repairs in other trade disciplines where requiredWorking closely with residents and providing excellent customer serviceUsing mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reportsEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Domestic Electrician, Maintenance Electrician or Multi-Skilled Operative with an electrical biasExperience carrying out repairs and maintenance within residential propertiesBasic electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experienceSkills in other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, or general maintenance ..... full job details .....
