You will manage projects from design to handover, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and MCS standards, while coordinating installers, technical teams, and residents. Projects include whole-house retrofit, extensions, loft conversions, and commercial-to-residential conversions across social housing, private rentals, and owner-occupied homes.
