Main duties of a Domestic Assistant: To perform deep cleaning, terminal cleans and routine tasks as required, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising toilets/bathrooms and patient areas. Removing and disposing of different type of waste from hospital waste including general, contaminated and waste from bins. The Domestic assistant will work directly under the supervision of a Dispatcher who oversees cleaning teams, allocates tasks , ensures standards are met, and responds to emergencies within an allocated time slot. This is a fast-moving job that requires good time management under pressure. Undertake other duties to meet the operational requirements of the organisation in line with the Cleaning Service Plan.
