Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Project Manager Full or Part Time

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Full-time Domestic Violence Safe Accommodation Project Manager for a leading Domestic Abuse Safe Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in Le1 Post Code Area of Leicester City Centre, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service.

Domestic Abuse Service Manager (X2 Full time week 37 hour - Mon - Fri & x1 Part Time 30 hours – Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri Vacancies) 

The Domestic Abuse Service Manager will lead the effective delivery, development and quality assurance of domestic abuse services for victim-survivors, including adults and children affected by domestic abuse. The postholder will ensure services are safe, trauma-informed, person-centred, inclusive and compliant with contractual, safeguarding and quality standards.

You will oversee service delivery across safe accommodation services and community and outreach services, across Leicester City/Leicestershire and Rutland, to ensure contract and funder requirements. The postholder will lead on data collection and analysis, and will attend contract management meetings with commissioners.

The postholder will lead on training development and delivery across the organisation.

The postholder will be a Designated Safeguarding Lead and be committed to ongoing development, leading an effective safeguarding culture.

Due to the need to meet clients at locations a driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed. You must also be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS Check.

This is being recruited for on a temp to perm employed via the agency for first 12 weeks before joining the hirer permanently after that, in return for your commitment the hirer is able to offer a very competitive salary starting at £35,745 pro rata and when paid via our agency this is £24.33 per hour, with further regular reviews and increases to follow.
