The Role As a Domestic Abuse Support Worker, you will support residents living within refuge accommodation by creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. You''ll assist with day-to-day tasks, provide emotional support and help residents access the services they need while ensuring the accommodation remains clean, safe and comfortable. Key Responsibilities Provide practical and emotional support to residents affected by domestic abuse. Deliver support using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach. Build positive, professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. Support residents to access healthcare, housing, benefits and other community services.
