This is a predominantly remote and community-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work independently while managing a caseload of low to medium-risk clients across the Essex area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of low to medium-risk domestic abuse clients.Deliver tailored emotional and practical support, including safety planning and risk assessments.Conduct community-based appointments and home visits across Basildon, Harlow, Epping, Brentwood and occasional visits within Thurrock.Maintain accurate, confidential and timely case records using the Oasis case management system.Work independently in a remote and lone-working environment, prioritising client safety and wellbeing.Signpost and refer clients to relevant statutory and voluntary support services where appropriate.Liaise with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for service users.Ensure all safeguarding procedures and organisational policies ..... full job details .....
