We are looking for an experienced Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join our dedicated team.    You will manage a caseload of women with complex needs, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help customers stay safe, build confidence and move towards independent living.    Key responsibilities:     Manage a caseload and provide one-to-one and group support. Complete CAADA DASH risk assessments and robust safety plans. Provide practical and emotional support around domestic abuse, housing, benefits, finances, wellbeing and employment. Support customers to understand their rights and access appropriate legal protection. Work closely with partner agencies and make referrals where appropriate.
