Working alongside the Police within the Customer Contact Centre, you''ll provide expert advice, support risk assessments, and help ensure victims receive a trauma-informed, victim-centred response from their very first contact with the police. As part of the Raneem''s Law team, you''ll play a vital role in improving the safety and experiences of victims and survivors of domestic abuse across West Yorkshire. What You''ll Be DoingListening to domestic abuse calls and providing real-time feedback and guidance to police call handlers and officers attending domestic abuse incidentsReviewing risk assessments, identifying safeguarding concerns and ensuring risks are accurately identifiedIdentifying repeat victimisation, escalating risk and safeguarding concernsChampioning trauma-informed, survivor-centred practice and help embed it into frontline policing Working collaboratively ..... full job details .....
