The Role Manage and lead a team of domestic abuse practitioners, outreach workers and support staff. Oversee refuge, safe accommodation, community and outreach services. Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed and survivor-centred support. Lead on safeguarding, risk management, MARAC and multi-agency working. Oversee case management, quality assurance, data, monitoring and commissioner/funder reporting. Develop staff through supervision, training and performance management. Support service development, health & safety and operational management. Participate in an out-of-hours rota, including some evenings and weekends.
