The role will oversee a team of domestic abuse practitioners, outreach workers, support staff and volunteers, with responsibility for service delivery, safeguarding, quality assurance, performance, data and contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team, including supervision, appraisals, training, performance and absence management. Oversee staff rotas, annual leave, sickness and service cover. Manage case allocation, caseloads, risk assessments, safety planning and case recording. Carry out case audits and file reviews to maintain service quality and compliance.
