We''re looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Domestic Abuse Refuge Service Managerto join our Domestic Abuse Social Care Service in Tower Hamlets. Through trauma-informed and survivor-led approaches, we help individuals recover from trauma, rebuild confidence, and move towards greater independence and safety.The OpportunityThis is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and values-driven Service Manager to lead a specialist accommodation-based service supporting up to 15 women and children fleeing domestic abuse.As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of the service, ensuring high standards of safety, safeguarding, support, and housing management are consistently maintained.
