About the Role The successful candidate will support women experiencing domestic abuse alongside multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, mental and physical ill health, substance misuse, poverty and social isolation. You will provide intensive, flexible and trauma-informed support to survivors who may face significant barriers to accessing specialist services. Through assertive outreach and a person-centred approach, you will build trusting relationships, help women improve their safety, access essential services and work towards long-term recovery and independence. You will manage a small, intensive caseload, working at each survivor’s pace to provide holistic support tailored to their individual needs, circumstances and goals. Working Arrangements Candidate will be required to work 3 days per week (21 hours). This is a community-based role requiring regular and extensive outreach across Camden.
