PurposeTo develop and deliver Domestic Abuse advise, support and training for Education settings, to include Operation Encompass and MARAC.To ensure the needs of children who are experiencing domestic abuse are supported, as victims in their own right, through Education settings.To develop enhanced safeguarding processes for children out of sight and in temporary accommodation or refuge and who are experiencing domestic abuse.To coordinate and manage the delivery of Domestic Abuse Programmes for families open up, in partnership with Families Together and Early Help, and evaluate their effectiveness and impact.To provide operational support to local authority''s Education Safeguarding Team in respect of children experiencing domestic abuse. Responsibilities2.1. To provide Education Settings with support around the delivery of Operation Encompass, MARAC and other Domestic Abuse related systems and processes.2.2.
