      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;30500 - &amp;pound;0/annum | Type: Permanent | Role:  Domestic Abuse Complex Needs Specialist - Safe Accommodation   Location:  Greater Manchester   Hours:  40 hours per week, worked flexibly across the service rota   Salary:  £30,500    Contract:  Permanent or Temp to Perm   Start Date:  Immediate  Supporting Futures are recruiting a Domestic Abuse Complex Needs Specialist to join a brand-new dispersed safe accommodation service in Greater Manchester.  You will support victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including individuals and families, who may also be experiencing homelessness, substance use, mental or physical ill health and other complex needs.   Key responsibilities:    Completing DASH, risk and needs assessments  Developing personalised safety and support plans  Providing practical and emotional one-to-one support  Managing safeguarding concerns and high-risk cases  Supporting clients with housing, benefits and move-on planning  Working closely with MARAC and other partner agencies    We are looking for candidates with:    Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or vulnerable people with complex needs  Knowledge of coercive control, trauma and safeguarding  Experience of risk assessment, safety planning ...</description>
