Birchrose Associates is representing a well-established London law firm, in the search for a Document Production Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.The FirmOur client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join their team on a fully remote 12-month fixed-term contract.The OpportunityThe successful Document Production Specialist will provide high-quality document production support across multiple practice areas, delivering accurate and professional documentation to fee earners and business support teams. Duties will include:Producing, amending and formatting complex legal documents, correspondence, reports and agreementsProofreading documents to ensure consistency and accuracyApplying firm branding and formatting standards across all documentationCreating and maintaining document templatesProducing document comparisons and managing track changesTroubleshooting formatting issues and resolving document-related queriesSupporting fee earners and business services teams with urgent document production requestsThis Document Production Specialist position is a full time, 12 Month fixed-term role, working remotely Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pmRequirementsAt least 3 years previous experience as a Document Production Specialist within a law firmMust have excellent attention to detailStrong typing skillsVacancy highlightsFully Remote workingExcellent benefits packageTo be considered for this Document Production ..... full job details .....
