Job Title: Engineering Document ControllerLocation: Hailsham, East SussexSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experienceWorking pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00TPA Recruit is seeking an Engineering Document Controller for a specialist engineering manufacturer based in Hailsham. This position combines engineering document control, CAD drawing updates and configuration management within a complex electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.The Engineering Document Controller will manage Engineering Change Notes (ECNs), concessions, drawing release and revision control. You will also support Bill of Materials (BOM) and MRP data, update CAD models and drawings following approved design changes, and help ensure that engineering information transfers accurately into manufacturing and procurement.This role suits someone who understands how controlled engineering documentation, CAD data, BOM structures and manufacturing systems connect. It also offers exposure to design engineering activity and potential longer-term development within the engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesRun, maintain and improve the Engineering Change Note and concession processes alongside the Chief Engineer.Capture design and production changes arising from system builds, then implement approved updates within CAD models and engineering drawings.Maintain drawing release, revision and version control across current and historical projects.Ensure design changes are formally ..... full job details .....
