This is a site-based role working closely with project, design, and engineering teams to ensure efficient document control across all phases of the project. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation using platforms such as Aconex, Asite or similar Ensure accurate document control, including versioning, numbering, and distribution Upload and track drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and reports Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams Support the M&E team with O&M manuals and handover documentation Ensure compliance with QA procedures and audit requirements Requirements Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction or M&E Strong knowledge of document control systems (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment Desirable Previoiusly worked for M&E company / Construction- Familiarity with BIM/document workflows Immediate availability...
