Ensuring drawings, specifications and technical documents are issued, received and stored correctly. Maintaining document registers and revision control. Liaising with engineers, site management, designers and the client. Supporting quality assurance and compliance processes. Ensuring documentation is distributed in line with project requirements and deadlines. Requirements: Previous experience as a Document Controller within civil engineering, infrastructure or construction. Experience working on major projects such as highways, rail, utilities or heavy civils. Good knowledge of document management systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint or similar. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
