You will primarily based in Islington but will be required to travel to HQ in Essex once a week in the early stages of this long term project. What you will be doing:As a Document Controller you will provide a support service to our project teams by ensuring that project design information / documentation is captured and stored in a methodical manner within Aconex systemsHelp and assist the design team ensuring all design information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within set time scales.Ensure company and project information management protocols and procedures are followed Be communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.Build effective working relationships with all members of the site team, up to and including Director level.
