Document Controller
SUMMARY OF ROLE
To provide administrative and document control support to the project team, ensuring all documentation is processed, recorded, and maintained accurately in line with project procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose
To support the efficient management of project documentation and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and accurately record all relevant documentation in accordance with project procedures, ensuring records are maintained.

Record and file all information received by the project.

Support the production of final work packs using Microsoft software.

Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the design team.

Ensure project data security processes are followed at all times.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
-
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).

Strong ICT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe).

Excellent communication skills.

Proven experience using databases and record systems.

Experience maintaining accurate records and working to deadlines.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Conscientious and enthusiastic, with a collaborative approach to team success.

Understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information.
