This role will suit an experienced Document Controller with a strong background in engineering documentation, project document control and supporting multidisciplinary project teams, ideally within the offshore energy or Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day document control activities including registration, issue, transmittals, comments and revisions Maintain the electronic document control system and ensure accurate tracking through the Master Document Register (MDR) Review incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, formatting and compliance with project requirements Coordinate document numbering, interdisciplinary checks, approvals and distribution Compile and manage Manufacturers Record Books (MRBs) and project data packs Manage supplier and procurement documentation, ensuring accurate and timely distribution What We're Looking For: ...
