Working as part of a busy project environment, you will be responsible for managing the flow, control, and integrity of project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and compliant with project and client requirements.     Key Responsibilities     Manage the day-to-day operation of the project''s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), such as Asite, Aconex, ProjectWise, Viewpoint, or SharePoint.   Control the receipt, distribution, tracking, and filing of all project documentation, including drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and transmittals.   Ensure documents are correctly numbered, version-controlled, and stored in line with project naming conventions and procedures.
