The Role You will be responsible for coordinating, packaging and issuing client submittals for engineering projects. Project Documentation, coordinate and compile project documentation from internal and external stakeholders into structured, submittal-compliant packages in line with contractual and specification requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and third parties to obtain required technical documentation, ensuring completeness, compliance and alignment with project deliverables. Document Submission, issue and manage project documentation within the Client Document Management System ensuring accurate metadata, traceability and adherence to agreed document control procedures. Administer document workflows within CDMS, including submission, revision control, review cycles, and approval tracking, ensuring timely progression through all stages. Provide support to document control activities, including the preparation and issuance of manufacturing and construction documentation packages where required.
