Document Controller

Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a sub-contractor in Birmingham. This position will be spread across multiple projects in Birmingham.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a dedicated Document Control professional with proven experience.

• Managing and maintaining all project documentation.
• Ensuring documents are accurately controlled, distributed, and archived.
• Supporting project teams with document workflows and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating document submissions, revisions, approvals, and reporting.
• Maintaining document control procedures in line with project and client requirements.

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint / 4 Projects or similar systems.
• Excellent document management, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work full-time across multiple projects in Birmingham.
