As a document controller, you will be expected to be highly organised, pro-active and capable of ensuring that the filing system is kept up to date at all times. Although it is preferred that interested individuals use Acconex, candidates will be considered provided that they have previous experience of using all functionality of a similar EDMs system. The ideal candidate will already be a Document Controller working for a contractor or a developer, although individuals from architectural practices will also be considered. Candidates will be overseeing a maximum of 4 schemes, depending on size and will be site based 5 days a week as they put enormous value on the success of their business on the site teams working collaboratively.
