This opportunity offers the chance to become a key part of a busy site team, working closely with the Design Manager and Project Manager on a major construction project. The successful candidate must have strong hands-on experience using Aconex and be confident managing document control processes from project set-up through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage the Aconex document control system. Develop, maintain and update document control protocols. Set up and manage workflows within Aconex. Issue and manage drawing transmittals. Maintain and monitor RFI registers. Manage key project registers, including: Information Release Schedule (IRS) Design Responsibility Matrix (DRM) Sample Trackers Other project-specific document registers Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and compliant with company procedures.
