Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all project documentation systemsSupport the Commercial Director and Project Management team with administrative and document control dutiesEnsure accurate filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documentsMaintain revision control and ensure compliance with company proceduresCoordinate document flow between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersAssist with reporting, meeting documentation, and project correspondenceEnsure documentation is up to date and easily accessible at all timesWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Document Controller within constructionExperience supporting site-based project or commercial teamsBackground working on refurbishment or similar schemesStrong organisational and communication skillsProficient in document ..... full job details .....
