Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support project teams and ensure smooth document management across multiple sites. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, distributing, and controlling project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements. This is a key role supporting project managers, site teams, and external consultants. Responsibilities of the Document Controller: Accurate and locatable uploading of information Creating live job folders on Procore/ Sharepoint and ensuring the correct site team are giving access to the folders The uploading of internal drawings, client drawings and submittals & RFIS to procore Downloading of comments and distributing to the correct site teams, keeping tracker schedules up to date.
