Document Controller

Document Controller Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting a growing regional contractor as they expand their Document Control team. Our client is one of the South West''s busiest regional contractors with projects that span across the healthcare, education and residential sector. About the role of Document Controller The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Document Controller from a main contracting background, with experience working on large scale projects. A strong understanding and knowledge of ISO 19650 and previous experience using CRM systems including Procore or A-site is fundamental. Responsibilities for Document Controller Continuous maintenance and monitoring of files in line with business and industry standards Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation Configuration and preparation of workflows, sample submissions and other reportable data Requirements for Document Controller Previous experience using relevant systems including Procore and A-site Comprehensive Understanding of industry standards including ISO 19650 Background working with a Tier 1 Contractor This Document Controller opportunity is to join a business that values growth and development providing a clear pathway for progression.
