These projects are at various stages of development, including execution, mobilisation and Final Investment Decision (FID), providing an excellent opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle. Working within a multi-project environment, you will take ownership of document control processes and ensure all project documentation is managed, maintained and distributed effectively through- Aconex . Key Responsibilities Set up and administer project document control systems in Aconex. Manage document workflows, transmittals, approvals and revision control. Maintain project document registers and reporting. Support project teams, contractors and stakeholders with document management activities. Ensure compliance with company and project procedures. Manage project records through mobilisation, execution and close-out phases.
