Key Responsibilities:

Act as a central link between project teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring secure and efficient information flow

Manage document control processes, including version control, numbering, and maintaining accurate document registers

Oversee the full lifecycle of project documentation (deliverables, technical queries, vendor/client documents, and communications)

Review and quality-check all outgoing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before submission

Track document review and approval cycles, providing updates and ensuring deadlines are met

Maintain document management systems (e.g. SharePoint/CDE) and produce regular and ad-hoc project reports
