Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller for a leading Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, high-spec residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UK. We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join the-team on an exciting, high end-residential project in Bracknell.

The Role:

As the Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information between internal teams, subcontractors, and the client. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, version control, and document integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Document Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain document control systems using software such as Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex, or similar platforms
• Manage the flow of documentation between the project team, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all documents are correctly filed, up to date, and easily accessible
• Implement and maintain version control and document status tracking
• Support project and site teams with document queries and administrative needs
• Coordinate document submissions and approvals with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project-specific requirements
