Document Controller

Location: Hoddesdon

Salary: -35,000 to -40,000

An opportunity has opened for a Document Controller to join a construction company based in Hoddesdon. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Construction / Building Services environment and will have a background managing, maintaining and handling company documentation.

Document Controller Key Skills:

  • Experience in a document controller or similar position
  • Background within Construction or similar
  • Any construction management software experience like Procore or Aconex
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail to check and review documents
  • Knowledge of industry standards would be a bonus

Document Controller Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining company documents including reports, drawings and certifications
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure documents are reviewed and approved
  • Storing documentation in the correct areas
  • Updating the company documentation software
  • Helping with any improvements required to help supply chain
  • Assisting with onboarding
