Document Controller - Construction (6-month temporary contract) - Canary Wharf

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded turnkey contractor within the construction industry, with year-on-year turnover growth and a strong project pipeline. Known as a great company to work for, they invest in their people, systems, and development. They are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery team on a major project based in Canary Wharf.

This is an urgent requirement so they are looking for candidates that can start ASAP!!!

You will be responsible for managing the accuracy, control, and flow of project documentation, working closely with the Project Manager, client teams, and subcontractors to ensure full compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Procore experience within a main contractor environment
  • Excellent understanding of document control, naming conventions, revision control, and approval workflows.
  • Experience on large, complex, or fast-paced building and construction projects as a Document Controller.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Location: City of London - Canary Wharf

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months minimum

Hours: 07:00-16:00

Salary: Hourly rate equivalent to -40,000 - -50,000
